Upper Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)
For an alert, radiant gaze
Droopy eyelids are caused by excess skin on the upper eyelid, which optically reduces the size of the eye and makes the facial expression appear tired or sad. In severe cases, the field of vision can even be restricted. Upper eyelid lift is one of the most common and rewarding procedures in aesthetic surgery.
The Method:
Excess skin and muscle tissue are removed through a fine incision placed precisely in the natural crease of the eyelid. If necessary, we also remove small fat pads to reduce swelling, but we meticulously ensure not to create a ‘hollow-eyed’ appearance. The resulting scar is virtually invisible when the eyes are open. The result: an open, rejuvenated gaze.

Lower Eyelid Lift
Elimination of Eye Bags and Dark Circles
The delicate skin under the eyes is unforgiving. Stress, lack of sleep, or genetic predisposition often lead to so-called eye bags (fat prolapse) or sagging skin, which makes the face appear older.
The Method:
A lower eyelid lift is more complex than upper eyelid correction. Through a discreet incision directly below the lash line (or transconjunctivally through the conjunctiva), we remove or redistribute excess fatty tissue and carefully tighten the skin and the orbicularis oculi muscle. The goal is a smooth transition to the cheek without unnaturally distorting the eye.

Forehead & Brow Lift
Relaxed Forehead and Open Eye Area
Sagging eyebrows and deep forehead wrinkles can create a stern or worried expression. A lift of the upper third of the face repositions the brows and sustainably smooths the forehead.
The Methods:
-
Temporal Lift: Ideal for tightening only the lateral eye area (“Foxy Eyes”) and the temples. The incision is hidden in the lateral hairline.
-
Endoscopic Forehead Lift: For general sagging of the forehead. Through small incisions in the hairline, the forehead skin is detached and tightened – minimally invasive and scar-sparing.
-
Open Forehead Lift: For significant excess skin and deep wrinkles. The incision runs along or within the hairline, but allows for the most effective correction.

Midface Lift
Volume for the Cheek Region
When gravity causes tissue in the cheek area to sag, deep nasolabial folds often appear, and the youthful fullness of the cheekbones is lost. A midface lift addresses precisely these concerns where fillers are often no longer sufficient.
The Method:
Access is usually gained as with a lower eyelid lift. We lift the sagging cheek tissue and fix it in its original, youthful position. This softens nasolabial folds and restores the face’s V-shape. This procedure is often combined with an eyelid correction.

Facelift
SMAS Lifting vs. Mini-Lift: What’s the Difference?
Not every facelift is the same. To achieve a natural result that does not look “operated,” choosing the right technique is crucial. We essentially distinguish between two procedures:
1. The True SMAS Facelift (Deep Plane / High SMAS)
This is the gold standard of facial rejuvenation. Here, the skin is not merely pulled (which can lead to a “mask-like face”), but the underlying tissue – the SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) – is tightened and repositioned.
-
Advantages: Long-lasting results (10–15 years), natural facial expressions, defined jawline, possibility of including the neck area.
-
Disadvantage: Higher costs and longer recovery time.
2. The Mini-Lift (Soft-Lift / Weekend-Lift)
A less invasive option for patients with only slight skin laxity. Here, primarily excess skin in front of the ear is removed and tightened.
-
Advantages: More affordable, shorter operation time, faster healing.
-
Disadvantage: The effect often lasts only a short time, as the deep tissue is not stabilized. For advanced aging, this method is often insufficient.

| Operation Duration | approx. 3 – 5 hours | approx. 1 – 2 hours |

Neck Lift
For an Elegant Contour
The neck often reveals age earlier than the face. Sagging tissue (“turkey neck”) or visible muscle bands (platysma bands) disrupt the profile.
The Method:
Often performed as part of an SMAS facelift, the neck can also be tightened in isolation. Through an incision behind the ear and, if necessary, a small one under the chin, the neck muscles are tightened and excess fat is removed. The goal is a defined jaw-neck angle.

Thread Lift
Lifting without a Scalpel
The thread lift is an innovative, minimally invasive method to treat the first signs of skin aging without the need for surgery.
The Method:
Special, self-dissolving PDO (Polydioxanone) threads are inserted under the skin using fine cannulas.
-
Immediate Effect: Mechanical lifting through small barbs on the threads.
-
Long-term Effect: The body forms new collagen around the threads, which sustainably firms the skin (biostimulation).
Ideal for: Sagging cheek areas, early-stage jowls, or brow elevation.

| Treatment Duration | approx. 30 – 60 minutes |
| Anesthesia | Local anesthesia |

Ear Correction (Otoplasty)
Harmonization of Protruding Ears
Protruding ears can cause psychological distress in children and adults. Otoplasty is a routine procedure to harmoniously position the ears closer to the head.
The Method:
Through an incision on the back of the auricle, the ear cartilage is reshaped and fixed. The scar remains invisible behind the ear. The procedure is possible from the age of 5/6 (before school enrollment). We also perform corrections of torn earlobes.

| Operation Duration | approx. 1 – 1.5 hours |
| Anesthesia | Local (Adults) / General anesthesia (Children) |
| Clinic Stay | Outpatient |
| Suture Removal | After approx. 10 – 12 days (or self-dissolving) |

Lip Correction
Sensual Volume or Rejuvenation
Lips lose volume and contour with age, the vermilion border becomes narrower, and the distance between the nose and upper lip often increases.
Treatment Options:
-
Injections (Fillers): Building volume and contour with hyaluronic acid. Reversible and temporary.
-
Autologous Fat (Lipofilling): Permanent volume building with the body’s own fatty tissue.
-
Bullhorn Lift (Lip Lift): A small surgical procedure directly under the nose shortens the distance to the upper lip and permanently rolls the vermilion border outwards for a more youthful, sensual mouth.
| At a Glance | Bullhorn Lift / Surgery | Injections (Hyaluronic Acid) |
| Duration | approx. 45 – 60 min. | approx. 15 – 30 min. |
| Anesthesia | Local anesthesia | Cream / Local |
| Socially Presentable | After approx. 7 – 10 days | Immediately (slight swelling possible) |
| Durability | Permanent | approx. 6 – 12 months |
